Pilates Circuit  Training© is a 5-week core conditioning program for individuals who are looking for an  enjoyable experience that will promote lifelong fitness. The unique and progressive “circuit” approach  is  performed with Pilates apparatus and is easy to follow.
Each session is 55 minutes and limited to 8-10 attendees. The blend of exercise and intensity will ensure a steady progression.  The sessions build upon each other to culminate in a mindset and a physical control you will own forever.
