The sun is out. The kids are in camp. The heat and your flip-flops or sandals are on!

You are ready to have another busy day and suddenly, your feet don’t want to move and start to hurt. Then you ask yourself: “What did I do?” and “What will I do?”

  • Stand up straight and bounce up raising your heels up & down. Stimulate the fascia, the feet connective tissue.
  • Sit on a chair. Take off your flip-flops or sandals and circle your ankles all around and reverse, activating the blood circulation.
  • Walk bare feet for 5 minutes and progressively up to 10 minutes. Stimulate the feet intrinsic muscles.
